Hey! 🙋‍♀️ It's been a while, here's my update. TLDR: Sessions are limited to 60 minutes with the understanding that I may need to tap out at 45 minutes. 45 minutes - $100 60 minutes - $115 I'll be sharing an updated service menu soon as I plan to add some new sessions, including reflexology, polarity, and breathwork. I wanted to do this and have it just be a fun way for me to reconnect with my tarot cards. I have SO many and it’s been a long time. But I actually laughed out loud when this card came out of the deck. Are you freaking kidding me? 2025 kicked my ass, especially those last few months. This was the choice I was facing, completely stopping my business that I worked so hard for and starting something new. Or reimagining my business and restructuring my workflow to better care for my health. None of it felt like a decision, it all felt like an unrelenting surrendering. I needed to get organized, make a change and take action with it, but it needed to make sense for me. I need to maintain balance between having control of the things that are within my control, and being graceful with when I need to let go or give myself extra rest or support. SAME GOES FOR YOU. There was no way I could walk away from the creative endeavor thats brought me so much joy the last 9 years. I’ve made the decision to reimagine my practice. I am working hard to get back to you all but while I am still finding my best health and I have some limitations I need to implement. Updates on updates will be shared as I gauge my abilities getting back into work.

TLDR: I will be on short term disability until the foreseeable future. It’s certainly not an easy decision, if you could even call it that. My body made this decision for me, so you can imagine how well I am taking it. All of my lovely clients, I can’t express enough how appreciative I am of your understanding, loyalty and grace you’re all giving me. I’m slowly learning through your example how to treat myself with the same kindness. You have my unending gratitude for the last 9 years of patronage.

Today is especially hard for some reason, whereas yesterday was fine. It's frustrating trying to run a business and manage chronic illness. I so badly want to do well by my clients, but I can't do that if I am unwell all the time. 2 more months, and I'll be on a path to recovery, and hopefully, all of this will be behind me. I see these all day every day. If it's not my clients injuries, it's my own that I'm working on. The most prevalent injury I have seen from repetitive strain is forward head posture (FHP). This is caused by the continued posturing out the head with your ears in front of your bodies vertical midline. Ideally your ears should line up with your shoulders. . Unfortunately overtime your shoulders round out to compensate for the weight of your head in that forward head posture. You're vertical midline is now compromised and you're working towards kyphosis or an exaggerated curve in your thoracic (upper back and chest) spine. This has huge implications on how you interact with the world. Mostly these clients are in pain. Their pectoral muscles are too tight and their rhomboids are too loose. The human body likes balance and when it's out of balance, it will tell you.

Hey all! It's National Eating Disorder Awareness week! I wanted to share a little of my own struggles and how I have come to understand eating disorders. I never thought I would have one, yet here I am smack dab in the middle of one. I am interested in learning more and hearing about other people's experience. Couple of things: Listening and being present for someone with an ED goes A LOT further than telling them to 'eat a cheeseburger' or "maybe lay off the cheeseburgers.' Hearing those sort of things is disheartening and invalidating. Same thing goes for when someone is trying to gain control of their health and someone says, "you look so good!" It's not about looks, it's about health. Right now I am still in a data collection mode. I take everything I notice around my eating and I keep it as data. As soon as I see a pattern I try to mitigate whatever triggered me while trying developing a resistance to the trigger. Sometimes this looks like going to the grocery store when I really don't want to and using noise reducing headphones to make it more pleasant. It's essentially exposure therapy, and it's not fun a lot of the times. The resources I have listed are based off a quick search, and I encourage you to do more research. Most people are unable to identify symptoms of an eating disorder. Why 222 at the end of my name? What does 222 mean to me? 🩷222 is first and foremost, my birthday. I was born February 22, 1993. And if you're a numbers person like me. 1+9+9+3=22. I was even born 11 days post due date, 1+1=2. I can't make this stuff up - like really ask my mom. 😂 🩷I'm a child at heart and I still adhear to playground rules which means, 1st is the worst and 2nd is the best. Need I explain more? 🤣 🩷I'm the 2nd born in my family. Read previous list item for clarification on the implications of this. 🩷It's an angel number signifying being on the right path in life. Trust and patience are the main values here as the right path will require both. And in an ironic twist on my psyche, and to be honest to a fault, I struggle with these, I know, I know, I'm working on it. 😅 🩷 2 is duality, I am a pisces sun and moon (2 fishes), I am also a gemini rising (2 twins). But that duality goes deeper than my astrological signs. I am also bipolar, meaning having or relating to 2 poles or extremities. In this case manic and depressive but if you look at the poles of those, you'll see that I can experience and understand a whole myriad of emotions having dived deeply into my emotions at their extremes. 🩷 I am also bipolar and vacillate between 2 poles of mania and depression. It's kinda my favorite number if you couldn't tell. What number or numbers reoccur in your life and/or that you're drawn to?

I received the sweetest letter from our Vet from @vetatyourdoor. These people are seriously the sweetest, I can't recommend them enough. They also made a donation in her honor to @hartofmaine. My heart is so full. 🥹💕

Monday evening Saige made her way across the Rainbow bridge and joined our family and friends on the other side. She was just the best kitty and had the most love for any human who could give her head pats. I was so lucky to have had her for as long as I did. 🌈😺😭 I can't express the amount of gratitude I have towards my friends and family who have loved Saige over the years and have checked in on me. I want to say a huge thank you to the folks at @vetatyourdoor for being so compassionate and attentive during our time of need. I highly recommend them to anyone for any of their services. Did you know that polarity therapy can be experienced fully clothed? What you wear or don’t wear during your session is completely up to you. My clients could stay completely clothed or could dress down to allow access only to the shoulders and back. In this case, where I am able to access their shoulders and back, I am able to add a little more of a massage aspect to the session for deeper relaxation. Clients are covered at all times, so it really comes down to what they’re comfortable with. As a general rule, clothed or not, whatever your preference, please always WAIT for me to LEAVE THE ROOM before undressing and always get UNDER the sheets. Any and all inappropriate behavior will be met with an immediate termination of services, the individual will be charged and a police report will be filed. #Respectmassage.

Physically: ✨Hydrated, best to avoid caffeine if you can. ✨Rested, but you’ll get a nap anyway. ✨Fed, but not full Emotionally/mentally: ✨Open to new ideas and experiences, open heart chakra, open third eye. When something challenges you, start to ask yourself why. ✨Aware of current and recent emotional state, your triggers, your downfalls, your strengths and how well you manage your reactions to emotions or stimuli. ✨Rose colored glasses to see yourself through. Above all, be gentle to yourself. You’re learning and our best learning comes from play. It comes from a mutual trust between players. If you are playing/ learning with your inner critic over your shoulder, whispering nasty things to you, it becomes less like play and more like work. Your inner critic is amazing and fueling your anxiety and when you’re anxious, it’s harder to learn, because it’s harder to play. So learn to look at yourself through rose colored glasses, stick up for yourself to your inner critic. Then look at your inner critic with those same glasses and learn to forgive and love her too. After all, she’s been conditioned into perfectionist behavior and she ultimately just wants you to succeed. It’s up to us to love ourselves through our reconditioning. However, what I do, is only as potent as what you do. 🌑 New moon in Pisces is a great time for this exercise. Personally, I send 'dark' thoughts into a fire. Some refer to it as reflexology for your whole body. Some say it reminds them of a -more hands on- version of reiki. Others relate it to accupuncture and I’m sure some just view it as woowoo. 🤪🙄 My experience with it is, it’s energy based bodywork that is subtle and intention driven and in so, subjectively profound. Everyone has their own experience, best to have your own and decide for yourself. I love giving and receiving energy work, but I won't lie. There is a limit to how much people will receive work. Polarity therapy works with positive, neutral and negative energy fields. So yes love and light, but also deep intentional shadow work is required as well. This work helps facilitate shifts in your reality with consistent and intentional action. There are likely habits that you have in your life that need to be examined for efficacy. Polarity is for those who are ready to take responsibility for their action or inaction in life. Meaning, you're in charge of your success or failure and you understand this intrinsically.

It's the existance/life that we create that can be toxic. In the specific case of people....You don't need to say goodbye forever, just, maybe you're busy for the foreseeable future. Put yourself first. Your people are out there, yes, go ahead and attract them. But first look at who you're currently surrounded by. I think too many people can relate. I'm sitting here with a big fat headache. I woke up like this. Did all the things one should. And yet in my head it stays. Shoutout to anyone who has regular migraines, yall are tough cookies. Ps. When I say I did all the things this is what I mean: Hydrated Moved, stretched, light workout Laid on my prana mat (the spikey one) Self scalp massage Neck traction Hot shower And finallly pain killers.. 🥴 Nothing has touched it. Anyone else have any other suggestions?

I'm very fortunate to receive bodywork as a part of my career at least once a month. I wish I could afford it every week, and one day maybe I will. In the interim I have a couple body saving hacks that I've learned. 1. Move. This could be working out, dancing, yoga, stretching, small exercises if you hate the idea of a work out. Movement is your body's best friend. It is designed to move, it wants to move, it feels better when you move. (It also feels better when it's stronger) 2. Connective tissue is F***ing strong, you'll want to break that crap up. Its part of what keeps muscles in disfunction if not addressed. This picture above is after 10 minutes on my Prana mat (The spikey one). Cupping is also great for that sticky connective tissue. 3. Self care tools like a theracane, foam rollers, the Prana mat, the muscle roller sticks, fascia blasters, they aren't any good if you don't use them. And regularly. 4. HYDRATE YOURSELVES. Drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated so your body can function and move better! Do I do all these things all the time? No. I'm a human and I'm trying my best just like you. But we all have just one body in this lifetime, and you're worth being good to it.
